In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accuracy in handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations to customers, and promoting sales growth
Support inventory management, ensuring accurate completion of all required point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
Collaborate with the service team to achieve sales goals, promote a positive work environment, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
No retail experience required, but client-facing retail or service industry experience is preferred
Must be 16 years of age or older, with flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
