Requirements:
Effective listening and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
Detail-oriented approach to work
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales experience (preferably phone sales)
Travel industry experience
Call center experience
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer
Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays
