The Role:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
Demonstrating commitment to our company's philosophy, mission, values, and vision
Applying specialized knowledge to screen, qualify, and select candidates according to brand/client standards
Developing and maintaining a consistent flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing
Maintaining internal databases to capture accurate candidate/prospect information
Building strong working relationships with internal sales and recruiting teams
Communicating effectively with applicants, clients, and stakeholders
What We Look For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of professional customer service experience
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Great Things to Have:
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
Understanding of the healthcare industry and active affiliation with healthcare organizations
Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
Ability to travel during strike events
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Estimated base pay: $43,000.00 per annum
