As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere, ensuring a positive experience for all. Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors promptly, responding to inquiries and providing wayfinding information as needed
Obtain patient identification, verify information in EMR, and ensure accurate check-in/out processes
Assist patients with self-serve kiosks, queue management, and provide updates on wait times
Interface effectively with the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and a favorable patient experience
Adhere to health care regulatory guidelines, including OSHA, HIPAA, and CMS, to maintain a safe and compliant environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma required
Customer Service Experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to navigate multiple systems, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
