Job Description
Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers
Coordinating with other teams to facilitate on-time departures and quick turnarounds
Working in a fast-paced airport environment, including the operation office, gate area, jetways, and air freight facilities
Handling station communications, coordinating loading and unloading of aircraft, and preparing dispatch release forms
Pay and Benefits

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
Be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be able to read and follow instructions, and learn and understand ramp operations procedures
Be able to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed
Be able to lift and move items of 70 pounds or more
