About the Role:
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
Performing passenger check-in and front seat assignment
Working with gate readers/scanners and related duties
Making boarding and departure gate announcements
Conveying domestic/international flight documents
Performing passenger service flight close-out procedures
Accepting, checking, and labeling passengers' baggage
Maintaining timeline of flight boarding process
Processing and completing Visa transactions
Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling
Providing quality customer care in a professional manner

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation to and from work
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Bilingual language skills
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Knowledge of Sabre or other passenger management systems
Experience working in a high-speed environment
