Key Responsibilities:
Respond to guest inquiries in a prompt and professional manner via chat, email, and phone calls
Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate with property managers and contractors to ensure seamless operations
Provide accurate information about our listings, policies, and amenities to guests
Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with guests to ensure a great experience
Requirements:
Experience in Airbnb guest service support or similar customer service roles
Availability to work Mountain Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Ability to handle guest calls with a calm and professional demeanor
Reliable internet connection and necessary tools for remote work (headset, computer, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
