Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Order Replenishment Merchandiser to join our team at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Odessa, TX. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our iconic brands are always available to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements to merchandising standards
Manage point of sale advertising, shelf allocation, and product rotation
Maintain accurate stock inventory levels and manage trade breakage
Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and shoppers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate: $18.50 - $23.25 per hour, based on experience
Performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and referral bonuses

Remote work arrangement with a set schedule: Thursday - Monday, 11:00 AM - until route is complete (40-hour workweek)
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours
Physical ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50 pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height
Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous sales or merchandising experience
