Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients in a courteous and helpful manner, offering aid and advice as required
Provide product information, features, pricing, and availability to customers
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, handling transactions with precision
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize distractions and stay focused
Support the team in managing and replenishing stock items as needed
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals while delivering high-quality customer service
Adhere to corporate policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Relevant experience in retail or customer service preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of home improvement products and tools is an asset
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
Endurance to stand, bend, and walk for long periods
Ability to operate ladders and equipment as necessary
