Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Support Representative to join our team on a night shift basis. As a key member of our Platform Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting a high-profile government contract. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, providing top-notch service support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Work independently as part of a high-productivity team to provide exceptional service support
Process requests and inquiries from stakeholders via telephone, email, or web in a timely and professional manner
Update ticketing systems, review and validate reports, and provide troubleshooting support for technical issues
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, colleagues, and field support to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions and provide feedback on service process efficiency
Requirements:
High school diploma required
2+ years of experience in a service support role, preferably with ticketing systems and data validation
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and willing to wait up to 60 days for processing
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of troubleshooting skills and Tier 1 service experience
