About the Role

Respond to inbound calls and faxes from healthcare providers, addressing their queries and concerns regarding prior authorization approval
Efficiently process fax requests and perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
Collaborate with providers to create and manage requests for medical services, ensuring a positive and informative experience
Follow established processes and guidelines to determine approved services, adhering to benefit plans and company policies
Participate in special projects, promoting quality effectiveness and supporting the overall success of our Healthcare Services

Preferred: 1 year of call center experience, medical background (insurance or facility work)
