Responsibilities:
Deliver professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established plans of care
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters
Develop and implement individualized plans of care, modifying and updating as needed
Provide skilled interventions, teaching, and evaluations to achieve realistic outcomes
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including clinical chart record reviews and progress notes
Perform on-call responsibilities, patient visits, and supervisory visits as assigned
