We're seeking a highly enthusiastic and energetic Front Desk Associate, also known as a Moodlifter, to join our team at Blink Fitness in East Orange. As a Moodlifter, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming and exceptional experience for our members and guests. Your warm smile, infectious energy, and exceptional customer service skills will make every interaction a memorable one.
Responsibilities:
Greet every member and guest with genuine enthusiasm and a smile
Conduct tours of our facility for potential members, showcasing our amenities and services
Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure seamless club operations
Address member requests and concerns with urgency and a solution-focused approach
Maintain a clean and organized club environment, including frequent bending, lifting, and walking
Sign members up for startup sessions with our Personal Trainers
Uphold regular and punctual attendance, adhering to our company's policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift and move gym equipment (15-20 lbs frequently, 45 lbs occasionally)
Capacity to remain stationary at the front desk for extended periods
World-class customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Strong work ethic, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving skills
