Position: FedEx Ground Delivery Driver, representing our company, Workwarp
Location: Manteca, CA, with ability to relocate to Brentwood, CA, required before starting work

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a FedEx Ground Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely package delivery to businesses and residences. Your key responsibilities will include:
Operating your vehicle safely and performing daily inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
Delivering and picking up packages, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and maintaining effective communication with your manager
Organizing daily loads, working independently, and collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals
Accurately operating scanners and tracking delivery processes to ensure seamless package delivery and pickup
Consistently delivering entire routes in a timely manner, while adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
To be at least 21 years of age, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred experience with Step Van or box truck delivery driving, with a strong focus on safety and customer service
To pass a drug test (including marijuana) and DOT physical test, with continued random drug screens throughout employment
To be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and maneuver up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck
To pass a FedEx Ground criminal background check and have reliable transportation to and from work
A strong work ethic, a "get it done" attitude, and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions
