? Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
? Assist customers with reservations, tickets, and other Disney-related services.
? Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
? Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer service database.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest Disney products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
? Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple systems and applications.
? Passion for Disney and a desire to create magical experiences for our guests.
