Job Description
Ensuring the highest level of safety and service standards during all flight operations
Conducting pre-flight cabin checks and monitoring the cabin during flight
Demonstrating emergency and safety procedures, such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and exit doors
Providing friendly and professional service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns
Assisting passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, or those with disabilities
Administering and coordinating in-flight sales of food, beverages, and duty-free items
Preparing reports concerning any in-flight incidents, including medical emergencies or security issues
Requirements
Minimum age of 21 years
High school diploma or GED equivalent; further certification in hospitality or tourism preferred
Ability to reach overhead storage bins and stand for long periods of time
Must be fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus
Ability to adapt to varying work hours and flexible schedules
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
