Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
Run errands and perform other tasks as needed to support clients' daily needs
Monitor and document clients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals, and provide support with medication management
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
Prior experience in caregiving, nursing, or a related field is not required, but may be beneficial. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Compassionate and caring personality, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum age 18 years old
