Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Meet or exceed performance targets, including collection goals and quality standards
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve performance
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience
Two (2) years of Collection Experience
Mathematical and Analytical Skills
Negotiation Skills
