We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Sales Recruiter to join our Revenue Recruiting Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for sales and customer-facing departments, providing exceptional candidate care, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for sales and customer-facing roles
Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies in collaboration with the recruiting team
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and interviewers
Proactively source and attract top talent through creative and innovative methods
Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and internal Smartsheet events to promote our brand and attract candidates
Requirements:
1+ years of corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven track record of hiring sales and customer-facing talent
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
Strong analytical skills and experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis
