Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Events Concierge to join our team at Renaissance Hotels, a brand that embodies the spirit of spontaneous exploration and neighborhood discovery. As an Events Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every event, from corporate meetings to social gatherings, is executed flawlessly and exceeds our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with group coordinators and hosts to ensure seamless event execution, including introductions, arrangements, and special requests
Analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, determine setup and timelines, and identify specific needs and preferences
Respond to and fulfill special event arrangements, following up to ensure compliance and attention to detail
Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and acknowledging all guests, anticipating their needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation
Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company standards and ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to reach common goals and ensuring adherence to quality expectations

Competitive hourly rate: $21.00 - $21.50 per hour

Preferred Qualifications:
