Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate various phases of assigned projects, including development, timelines, and task management
Assist with planning, tracking, and reporting program and project metrics
Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations for organizational improvements
Create planning documentation, project operational processes, and templates to facilitate clear and structured activity execution
Analyze business needs, identify gaps, and develop process improvements
Compile and analyze data to draw conclusions and propose courses of action

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or a related field
Two years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work experience
OR any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that demonstrates the required knowledge and skills

Essential Attributes:

Experience in business analysis, project planning, and process redesign
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences
Attention to detail, with experience working independently in a high-volume workload environment
Ability to prioritize and organize workload, handling multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity
