Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic paraprofessionals to join our team, working with students in a supportive academic environment. The successful candidates will assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional support across various subjects.
Responsibilities:
• Support and assist students with their academic work.
• Collaborate with teachers to create and implement individualized learning plans and accommodations.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
• Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Perform administrative tasks as required, such as preparing instructional materials and maintaining student records.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
