Role Summary As a customer care doordash specialist, your main responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, providing product information, and assisting with order-related issues. Key Responsibilities β€’ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner. β€’ Provide accurate information about DoorDash services, delivery processes, and partner restaurants. β€’ Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery. β€’ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to assist customers. β€’ Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues. β€’ Work towards monthly service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: β€’ High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. β€’ Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field (1-3 years preferred). β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. β€’ Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment. β€’ Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. β€’ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
