Position Summary:
Our CNC Machine Operators play a vital role in enabling dental professionals to reduce risk, improve efficiencies, drive compliance, and enhance patient and staff safety. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will:
Produce high-quality machined parts under close supervision
Maintain quality and safety standards, accurate time and record keeping, and demonstrate cleanliness and organization
Participate in our comprehensive training program to learn CNC machining hands-on
Collaborate with our team to drive success and deliver exceptional results
What We Offer:
$3,000 sign-on bonus
3rd Shift Hours: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am (10% shift differential added to the hourly rate)

Key Responsibilities:
Understand quality requirements for machined components
Perform component visual inspections and dimensional inspections using appropriate gages
Read and interpret low complexity blueprints and component drawings
Learn CNC machine offsets and adjust as needed
Maintain clean and organized gage tables and work area
Populate daily production boards with output, quality, and safety metrics
Identify cycle time of parts being run and calculate production rate
Use scales to weigh and count production pieces
Check and record Heat Lot numbers
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1 Year CNC experience preferred, but not required
Ability to write in a clear and legible manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and safety standards
