Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Advance and sell air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders
Assist with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance
Interpret government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments
Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times
Provide support to distressed passengers and customers
Safeguard company property and revenue
Ensure safe travel practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
Valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
Bilingual language skills, preferred in certain locations
