Job Summary:
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer support environment, or in a previous Account Manager role
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Web applications
Strong motivation to learn and grow with the organization
Excellent client service skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask, handling multiple tasks and needs on a continuous basis
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work independently in a high-speed and changing workplace with rapid feedback
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with multiple responsibilities
Ability to work effectively with different functional areas
Ability to exercise professional judgment in anticipating, analyzing, and resolving client issues
Ability to creatively solve problems while managing a large number of variables where standard solutions do not exist
Ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and business communications
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry (desirable but not required)
Experience working with various intranet and extranet systems, CRM, or settlement platforms (e.g., SalesForce, Peoplesafe, AS400 system knowledge, etc.)
