Join Our Team: ABA Technician/Tutor for PreK-Elementary Students
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ABA Technician/Tutor to work with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a PreK-Elementary setting. As a Student Support Instructor (SSI), you will play a vital role in implementing individualized academic and behavior programs, providing instruction using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and supporting students' social skills and daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with students to implement personalized academic and behavior plans
Provide instruction using ABA principles, including discrete trial instruction, task analysis, and naturalistic teaching techniques
Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust programs as needed
Implement student-specific behavior plans to decrease challenging behaviors and increase functional behaviors
Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students

Bachelor's degree preferred
