Key Responsibilities:
Provide instructional support to students, working one-on-one or in small groups, under the direction of the teacher

Support students with independent assignments, enrichment activities, and behavioral needs
Collaborate with teachers to develop instructional strategies and materials
Perform various administrative tasks, such as supervising students during lunch, recess, and assemblies
Requirements:
Hold a teacher or teacher aide certification in Illinois (or high school diploma)
Be in good health, as proven by a physical examination
Pass police and hospital tests, as designated by the district
Demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior, confidentiality, and professionalism
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
