Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities based on student data and needs
Facilitate a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes academic success, social-emotional learning, and positive group interactions
Provide homework help, enrichment, and academic activities as needed
Maintain accurate records, including sign-in and dismissal, daily attendance, and parent contact logs
Attend professional learning sessions to enhance after-school programming
Collaborate with Site Coordinators, District Directors, and Principals to ensure seamless program execution
Requirements:
Certification by the State of Delaware to teach
Experience with tutoring or teaching elementary school students preferred
Favorable Criminal Background Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
Tuberculin Test and physical
