Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum that meets the needs of all students
Provide daily feedback to students on their performance and progress, and use data to inform instructional decisions
Differentiate instruction to ensure that all students are progressing and meeting their full potential
Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture
Pursue ongoing professional development and growth, and demonstrate a commitment to being a lifelong learner
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of two years teaching experience in an under-resourced community
A passion for being part of a team-oriented, mission-driven school culture
Demonstrated commitment to closing the opportunity gap and promoting educational equity
Ability to pass a criminal background check
