Job Summary:
As a Software Engineer at Delta Defense, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver integrated solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software systems, and your contributions will help shape the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for optimization, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions that align with project goals and timelines
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality, performance, and reliability
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technical expertise and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
4 years of full-stack development experience with business or technical applications
Experience with build tools and package managers such as webpack, npm, and composer
Experience with client and server-side web development frameworks (React, Laravel, etc.)
Strong programming fundamentals and familiarity with HTTP and RESTful APIs
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical applications

What We Offer:

Competitive salary range: $77,000 - $95,000 based on experience
Bonus-eligible for company incentive plan
