Job Summary:
We're seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Associate to join our Member Experience Team. As a key member of our team, you'll conduct high-volume outreach to new and existing members, driving enrollment and program completion rates. This is a full-time remote role, reporting to our Manager of Member Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outreach via phone, text, and email to engage with members and prospects
Make over 100 outbound calls per day to connect with members and prospects
Enroll at least 25% of connected leads into our program
Ensure at least 25% of connected members take a class within 1 week of engagement outreach
Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching
Effective communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and actively listen to members
Experience working with CRMs and customer service tools (e.g., Insightly CRM, Zendesk)
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle high-volume work
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly absorb new information
Nice to Have:
Experience working with older adults, either directly or in a related field
Background in digital health or a related industry
