Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team! As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of Lodgify, providing top-tier support to customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high satisfaction
Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the Lodgify platform
Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed
Identify and document software bugs or issues for continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in technical customer support or a similar role
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Patience, attention to detail, and logical problem-solving approach
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Experience with CRM and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk)
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
