Maintaining strong knowledge of products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
Providing efficient, courteous customer service and assisting in all aspects of product offerings and services
Ensuring an extraordinary customer experience and driving sales growth through effective communication and product demonstrations
General Duties:

Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices
Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs
Multitasking in a fast-paced team environment and educating customers through product demonstrations
Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate a personal computer and other equipment
Ability to complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
1-3 years of retail, customer-facing, or sales experience preferred
