Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, tables, windows, and kids' play area
Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked
Assist guests with inquiries and requests
Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional results
Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards and policies
Perform other duties as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm and/or 5pm-10:30pm
Reliable, consistent, and punctual
Positive and cheerful demeanor
Passionate about serving others and providing exceptional customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
