Position Summary: As a Community Specialist, you will be the face of our community, responsible for:
Engaging with our Fairygodboss and Purpose Jobs communities through text and video formats, facilitating conversations and elevating community members' voices
Refreshing and managing the Fairygodboss VIP program, working closely with our most active community members
Brainstorming and implementing strategies to increase community member engagement in the Purpose Jobs Slack Community
Tracking community metrics, identifying trends, and iteratively improving value to community members and employers
Collaborating with internal teams to integrate community activity and partners into events, and contributing original content to social channels
Ideal Candidate: You're a natural connector and communicator, with a passion for building and engaging audiences. You're generative, metrics-minded, and capable of driving ideas and projects forward independently. You have experience growing and engaging large audiences, and you're a brand builder and ambassador with excellent judgment.

Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $30/hour
