As a Ratings and Research Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive data and process support to our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Understanding dataset requirements and inputs/outputs
Gathering data from various sources and updating tools, templates, and databases
Identifying and researching data issues, exceptions, and discrepancies
Interacting with other teams to ensure seamless workflow
Sharing daily and weekly updates on workflow status and summaries

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, management, or a similar field
0-2 years of experience in business, financial data, and Excel-based processes
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of financial statements and terms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
