Job Description:
As a Manager - Pilot Offering and Trading Support Group, you will be responsible for hiring, training, leading, and developing a team of support specialists who provide assistance to pilots with questions about pilot scheduling applications. You will also be responsible for supporting the team's efforts in creating a positive work environment while delivering an enhanced customer experience for pilots.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing Support Group to provide exceptional service to pilots
Ensure all team members have in-depth knowledge of pilot offering and trading applications
Manage the team to provide cutting-edge pilots with remarkable offering and trading support through various online and in-person channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to pilot scheduling applications
Monitor and evaluate performance to make improvements or take corrective action
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience leading others
Past pilot scheduling or planning experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
