What They’re Looking For
We’re hiring 1–2 Patent Prosecutors to join the thriving San Jose/ The Bay area team. The ideal candidate brings:
• 3+ years’ experience in patent prosecution (prep + pros) or patent litigation
• Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science background (Mechanical or Chemical also considered)
• Experience from an AMLAW 100 or 200 firm or other top-tier environments
• Interest or experience in AI, semiconductors, AR/VR, or automotive technologies
