Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members by adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing their needs, inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
Cabin Preparation: Prepare and organize the aircraft cabin before each flight, including checking emergency equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and securing necessary supplies.
In-Flight Services: Conduct pre-flight briefings, serve meals and beverages, and assist passengers with any special requests or needs during the flight.
Emergency Response: Respond calmly and effectively to any emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow crew members and flight deck personnel to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the flight.
Provide excellent customer service to create a positive travel experience.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adapt to different situations and handle unexpected challenges effectively.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Excellent physical health and fitness.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to reach overhead bins and stand for extended periods.
