Responsibilities:
Provide engaging virtual instruction using research-based strategies for students with dyslexia and reading difficulties.

Utilize multisensory approaches, such as Orton-Gillingham or similar methodologies, to enhance reading comprehension and fluency.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to ensure consistent support and student success.

Maintain detailed records of student assessments, progress reports, and individualized learning goals.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas teaching certification with a specialization in Dyslexia, Special Education, or Reading Intervention.
Experience with evidence-based dyslexia interventions such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading, or Barton.
A minimum of two years of experience working with students with dyslexia or related reading challenges.
Strong virtual teaching skills and proficiency with online learning platforms.
