As a USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee, you will:
Lead and develop high-performing teams through teaching, training, and active listening, ensuring exceptional customer service standards and driving business results.
Model and demonstrate outstanding customer service, utilizing the One Best Way (OBW) service model, and provide guidance on implementing business solutions to achieve sales and profit goals.
Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve business objectives.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance.
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying goals and objectives, and demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments, including firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
