Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and coaching, and provide feedback to drive performance and growth
Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing business initiatives
Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, and develop and implement action plans to resolve customer complaints and improve the overall customer experience
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring, and ensure diversity and inclusion awareness
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business results
To be successful in this role, you will need:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data, drive business results, and implement change initiatives
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
