Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, and providing feedback to enhance performance
Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and resolving customer complaints and issues
Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing expenses, and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership, supervisory experience, and a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
