**About the Role:**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
* Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation policies for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
* Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
* Communicating with customers in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with a good command of English
* Managing customer data and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
**Requirements:**
* Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level, both spoken and written)
* Good command of English (B2 level)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Familiarity with the travel industry and its complexities
