We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a bilingual representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities:


Provide customer service support via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet
Resolve routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and services
Work collaboratively with our global team to achieve exceptional customer experiences
Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
Availability: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free environment in your home with a reliable internet connection
Technical Skills: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, and strong computer navigation skills
Hardware Requirements: A desktop or laptop computer with the following specifications:

Operating System: Windows 10+
RAM: 8GB or higher
Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher


Internet Requirements: A DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection with speeds of 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher
