As a key member of our team, you will:

Develop and implement sales forecasts, targets, and bonus plans to drive business development and customer success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product & Engineering, to optimize operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
Harness the power of Salesforce to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
Design and implement processes, tools, and dashboards to enhance sales performance, streamline workflows, and reduce bottlenecks
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Salesforce consultants, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve internal business development workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
Oversee Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting
Interact with independent sales agents, Service Provider partners, and internal stakeholders to align processes and drive business growth
Provide business performance analysis and generate reports to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, targets, and bonus plans
Train new hires on Salesforce and assist in setting company targets and tracking progress
