Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll act as a liaison, providing services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our clients' accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities As a Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Identifying and assessing clients' needs to achieve satisfaction Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Taking the extra mile to engage clients and provide exceptional customer service Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively A high school diploma or equivalent Essential Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
