Job Summary

We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our remote call center team in Hawaii. As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to changing situations and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:


Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with patients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
Schedule appointments and obtain necessary patient information to provide personalized support.
Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards.
Adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities, thinking critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.


Essential Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or related environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Proficiency in Windows 10 or above, internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
Availability to work a 40-hour shift, including day shifts.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience in a medical or healthcare-related field.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, with a focus on data entry and appointment scheduling.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
