Position: Real-Time Communications Reliability Test Engineer
Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll work closely with the Real-Time Communications development team and other stakeholders to ensure the highest level of quality. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and conducting performance tests and building automated testing for real-time communication features on all Apple-supported platforms
Creating and tracking high-quality bug reports, triaging issues, and reporting on project progress and risk analysis
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the quality of our products and identify areas for improvement
Implementing testing manually with the goal of automating testing, and driving fixes for critical performance tests
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
B.S. in Computer Science or a related field
Proficiency in one or more computing languages, such as Python, Java, or C/C++
2-5 years of industry experience, particularly in driving testing of large complex projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work accordingly
